Based on reasonable costs, optimal construction methods and rigorous management, we work as a “seismic reinforcement director” accommodating the client’s construction point of view more than anywhere else by combining an owner-supportive complex proposal which includes renovation plans, revenue estimation plan, customer attraction strategic plan, seismic reinforcement plan and building administration.

After assuring a fully transparent picture of the project vision and costs, we commit ourselves to make proposals keeping in mind they have to be easily comprehensible to our customers. Our staff personally carries out the construction site management and monitoring, while working together with a construction team comprised only of reliable members, and we have a policy of attentive consideration, in order to be able to respond to the slightest questions and concerns from the customer side also after the completion.

At fist, we study the site thoroughly and listen to the needs of each customer, such as the space usage and its surroundings, the current inconveniences and weak points of it, and the improvement expectations and wishes.

Reduction of recognition gaps and finding a common completion vision in order to be able to start the construction. We will start with making a thorough planning proposal, regardless of the size of the project.

We absolutely stay away from construction work that leads to trouble. We manage the site responsibly, talking and sharing all construction details with the craftsmen on site.

Upon delivery we will hand the client a “Construction Record”, summarizing all construction contents and process. At the same time, we will will explain the document carefully and in a comprehensible way for the customers to understand.
