Since the founding of Maverick Co. Ltd, we’ve come to work providing solutions for people’s needs.

Currently, we mainly work on the seismic reinforcement of buildings, but in the recent years we have had several opportunities to participate in conversion projects in the format of hotels, according to the arriving inbound requests.

Responding to such requests, our experiences count with projects not only in the so called “hard side” or structural work, consisting it of seismic diagnosis and reinforcement work; but also having to fulfill projects in a “soft side”, a rather creative and imaginative extent, consisting in marketing, revenue, design and planning, interior coordination and management.
